You’ll learn advanced compensation strategies like benchmarking, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives to help your company remain competitive.

Leadership

As a senior HR executive, you’re tasked with aligning compensation strategies with overall business goals, but global pay structures, executive compensation, and long-term incentives can be complex to manage across different regions and teams. This certification will equip you with the knowledge to handle global pay systems, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.
